Celticscast Co-Host Chris Villani Goes Face to Face with Jack Cognetta
After weeks of phone tag, trash talking, and being MIA, Chris Villani and Jack Cognetta finally went face to face on the air to talk about their friendly “chicken suit” bet. As it stands, the Knicks are 18 games behind the Celtics (5 more than the 13 Jack needs to win the bet). Being the opportunistic Boston fan that he is, Chris Villani left us a voicemail on the morning of January 2nd to talk some smack. It takes a big man to wait until his Celtics are in a comfortable lead to finally answer me back. Needless to say, it’s on! I’m ready and will be making the necessary preparations to find a chicken suit in case I need it. Chris, I suggest you do the same. This is New York City baby and New Yorkers and New York teams are the best at getting out of the roughest and toughest of situations. Like it or not, learn to love it, because New York has the toughest fans going today.
