About Jack Cognetta

Jack Cognetta comes from the toughest town in the world - Brooklyn, NY. But he has his sensitive side, and it's very hard for him to let go of the life-sized poster of Patrick Ewing hanging in his apartment. In addition to doing Knickscast, Jack is a sports reporter for Channel 10 News in Northern New Jersey where he reports for a high school sports show called "SportsTime."

Jack graduated from Syracuse University. While there, he covered Syracuse Orange football and basketball. He also was the play-by-play announcer for Cornell Big Red baseball and women's basketball.

When not on the mic, Jack enjoys eating pizza, bowling, and is a karaoke champion.

He admires Anthony Mason's shaved hairdos and one day hopes to one day be as cool as John Starks.

About Carl Nasman

Carl may be a transplant from California, but he has taken to the New York Knicks like Eddy Curry to a subway sandwich.

In his formative years, Carl made sure to root against the NBA goliaths-Michael Jordan's Bulls in particular. And when his Warriors took a nosedive after Run-TMC, Carl adopted the Ewing/Starks-era Knicks. Carl would also like to state for the record that he was against the "Isiah Thomas as GM" idea from the start.

When not pontificating on the Knickerbockers, Carl is also a high school sports broadcaster in New Jersey and has worked for ESPN's "Quite Frankly with Stephen A. Smith" and College Sports TV.
